9mm Ammunition

by A-Poc

The most popular self-defense round used in 9mm handguns is the 115 grain Jacketed Hollow Point.  You can expect about 1155 fps and around 340 ft. lbs. of muzzle energy from this bullet.  The Union Metallic Cartridge Company (UMC) has been making some of the finest quality American ammunition for over 140 years.

Well I have a litle different take on this. I read about gun shows where there are thounasds of people and they are walking out with many thounasds of rounds. Of course, the price is greatly expanded. I have heard Wolf steel case ammo $800 a thousand and watched 5.56 on strippers in the cardboard bringing $1 a round. Now I know that this is a capitalist society, but late comers are having a hard time procuring their shit. I have already found several companies that I will never do business with again. When greed overcomes all else then the people who don’t make a lot of money are the real losers. I would rather have those people have 500 rounds or so at a reasonable cost. Others who have 20,000 rounds and want more should stop being so greedy and let someone else have some. Just saying….
